Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer with 2–4 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in printing machinery, heavy machinery, or capital equipment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the printing machinery and industrial equipment sector.

· Generate leads through market research, cold calling, customer visits, and references.

· Promote and sell printing machinery and related products to prospective customers.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales enquiries.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

· Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales meetings.





· Coordinate with production, service, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

· Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and a regular follow-up pipeline.

Required Skills

· Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Knowledge of industrial sales and customer relationship management.

· Ability to generate leads, convert enquiries, and close sales.

· Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic sales reporting.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· 2–4 years of experience in sales of printing machinery, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, or capital goods.

· Diploma or B.Tech. qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

· Experience in B2B sales and industrial customer handling will be preferred.

· Candidates with knowledge of flexographic printing machines, offset printing machines, or other industrial printing equipment will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
