Role DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Managers to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen PRICON’s market presence in the medical and surgical devices industry.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting the company's product portfolio, and building strong distribution networks within their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers,



including hospitals, clinics, distributors, and medical equipment dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Promote PRICON’s medical and surgical product portfolio and communicate product value effectively.
- Identify market trends, customer requirements, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred, particularly in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or surgical products.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- A target-driven approach with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience and established relationships with hospitals, distributors, or medical professionals will be preferred.
