We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our services, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Conduct meetings (virtual/physical) to present company services and proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (service industry preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
