We are looking for a agile and result-driven Growth / Sales Manager to lead our customer acquisition and revenue generation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving sales conversions, and implementing growth strategies to scale the business.
Responsibilities
1. Drive business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue expansion.
2. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the
construction industry.
1. Lead market research, analyze industry trends, and identify untapped growth
opportunities.
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design, and technology) to
align growth strategies.
1. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure scalability and profitability.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
