Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital marketing, and community outreach.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, draft quotes, complete application processes, and secure policy binders in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Needs Assessment & Consultation: Interview prospective clients to evaluate their financial situations, risk exposures, and existing coverage gaps.
- Account Management & Retention: Maintain regular contact with current policyholders, handle policy renewals, and recommend cross-selling or bundling opportunities to increase client value.
