Role Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Parksmart's business growth across the assigned city. This role combines strong sales execution, new business development, and key account management, while working closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high service quality, and long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute city-level sales plans aligned with overall company growth objectives.

Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional segments.





Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market mapping, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic networking.

Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close profitable deals.

Client & Account Management

Build robust, long-term relationships with clients, societies, property managers, and key decision-makers.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value and revenue.

Internal Coordination & Delivery

Coordinate closely with operations and site teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Support resolution of client concerns and escalations to maintain service standards and SLAs.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track sales performance, revenue, pipeline status, and key KPIs.

Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with senior management.
