Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in Loan Against Property (LAP Sales), Prime Lap, retail loans, especially mortgage loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate business through DSAs (Direct Sales Associates) and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and related details to customers.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer information and sales records using CRM software.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail loans, particularly mortgage loans.
- Experience in managing business through DSAs (Direct Sales Associates).
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales, business development, and team coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
