Job Overview

Hashtag Mobiles is looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team, drive revenue growth, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and communication skills, preferably with experience in mobile phones or consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive sales of Apple iPhones, Samsung smartphones, and related accessories.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue, conversion rates, and individual team targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Train team members on product knowledge, features, pricing, offers, and sales techniques.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper stock coordination and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and promotional offers.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, discipline, and team productivity.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through accessories, upgrades, and add-on sales.
- Ensure store presentation, product displays,



and brand standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile phones or consumer electronics.
- Prior experience managing a sales team is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
- Good knowledge of Apple iPhones, Samsung smartphones, and mobile accessories.
- Proficiency in basic reporting, Excel, and sales tracking.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
