About Nutri BaharNutri Bahar is a food brand specializing in quality soya chunks, mini soya chunks, and soya granules (Texturized Vegetable Protein). We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to expand our market presence, develop distribution networks, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of soya chunks and related FMCG products.
- Build and manage a strong network of distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand product reach.
- Manage distributor appointments, retailer onboarding, and territory expansion.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Plan and execute market visits, promotional activities, and product visibility initiatives.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports,



and market development plans for management.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products.
- Experience in soya chunks, edible food products, packaged foods, or similar FMCG categories will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of distributor and retailer networks.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
- Good negotiation, communication, team management, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits as required.
