We are looking for a proactive, target-driven Sales Manager who takes complete ownership of sales growth and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls and messages with US clients in professional English.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage and update CRM records accurately.
- Develop creative sales strategies to increase leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Drive sales targets and introduce effective incentive plans to motivate the team.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and take initiative to improve results.
Requirements: Excellent English communication, experience handling US clients, CRM knowledge, strong sales skills, creative thinking, and a high level of accountability and ownership. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
