Role Description The Sales Manager role at DreamsPlus Consulting Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Sales

Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales for corporate and retail training programs. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and individual learners, as well as presenting training solutions that meet their needs.

Manager will collaborate with training and operations teams to align offerings with client requirements, prepare proposals, and manage contract negotiations.



Daily responsibilities also include monitoring sales performance, reporting on key metrics, contributing to sales strategies, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and follow-up.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in sales, business development, and account management, with experience in service or training-based industries.
- Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of skilled training and certification programs (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, Cloud, Big Data, DevOps) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience in sales leadership is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales or sales leadership role, preferably in education, training, or consulting sectors.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Chennai, with flexibility for client meetings and occasional travel as needed.
