About the opportunity

We are part of an established international telecom group with 20+ years in the global market. We sell CPaaS, UCaaS and CCaaS solutions in India and worldwide, and we work with major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager in Mumbai to build and grow our business across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

Role & responsibilities

- Win new business for CPaaS products (Bulk/A2P SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice/OBD, OTP, Email) and UCaaS/CCaaS (cloud telephony, cloud contact center, unified communications)
- Find, prospect and close enterprise and mid-market accounts in BFSI, banks and NBFCs, insurance, fintech, e-commerce, D2C, media, logistics, healthcare and aggregators
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, demos, solution proposals, pricing, negotiation and closure
- Build a strong pipeline and hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work with the product and technical teams on API integrations, onboarding and DLT/TRAI compliance
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Track market trends, competitor pricing and customer needs in the Indian CPaaS/UCaaS market

Preferred candidate profile





- 2+ years of B2B sales selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud telephony, bulk SMS or telecom/SaaS solutions
- An existing network of enterprise clients and decision makers in Mumbai and Maharashtra, especially in BFSI and fintech
- Good understanding of SMS gateways, A2P messaging, WhatsApp Business API, VoIP/SIP and DLT regulations
- A proven record of meeting or beating sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable building a new market
