We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our Business Development team and help us connect with our future clients.

The Role: Are you a great communicator who loves talking to people? We are looking for a traditional Sales Intern to be the first point of contact for our potential clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our top-of-funnel sales process. Your main objective will be to handle incoming leads, engage with prospects, qualify their requirements, and seamlessly hand them over to our internal design and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management: Promptly respond to and organize incoming leads from various channels (social media, website, referrals, etc.).
- Client Engagement: Initiate the first contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to introduce Skylona Interiors & Architectural.
- Lead Qualification: Ask the right questions to understand the client's needs, budget, timeline, and scope of work to determine if they are a qualified fit for our services.
- Seamless Handoff:



Schedule consultations and brief the internal design/sales team on the client’s requirements before handing over the qualified lead.
- Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with pending or cold leads to re-engage them.
- Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and lead statuses in our tracking sheet/CRM.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly preferred).
- High energy, confident on the phone, and possess a persuasive yet polite traditional sales approach.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to track multiple leads simultaneously.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus, but a strong eagerness to learn is most important!
