About the RoleTNC Aviation is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented candidates to join our team as Sales Interns. This role is primarily focused on telecalling, lead generation, follow-ups, and engaging with prospective leads to create interest in our programs and services. It is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring sales professionals to gain practical experience in sales communication and lead management while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 150+ connected calls daily to prospective leads.
- Explain TNC Aviation’s programs and services to interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads, address queries, and maintain regular communication.
- Generate interest in the company’s offerings and support lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up updates in the CRM or designated trackers.




- Handle basic objections professionally and communicate relevant information clearly.
- Achieve daily calling targets and contribute towards team goals.
- Share daily activity reports and coordinate with the team regarding lead status and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with prospects over calls.
- Valuable command of English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with high-volume telecalling and daily calling targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining records.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.
