Knowlix Learning is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote our premium hybrid learning programs and connect with parents seeking quality educational solutions for their children.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand parents’ educational needs and recommend suitable programs, including Hybrid Schooling, Online Schooling, and Specialized Tuition.
- Explain program features, advantages, fee structures, and admission procedures clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions by maintaining consistent follow-ups.
- Handle parent inquiries, address concerns, and build strong relationships with prospective families.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up updates, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; Malayalam proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, admissions, or educational consulting is preferred.
- Ability to handle leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently from home.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
