Sales Executive – Hardware Line

Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling ground-level sales activities, visiting the local market, generating new customers, maintaining existing dealer relationships, and achieving sales targets across Jaipur and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hardware shops, dealers, retailers, contractors, and masons regularly.
- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Promote the company’s hardware and construction-related products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, retailers, and other channel partners.




- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, product demand, and market trends.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, payments, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock availability, and timely deliveries.
- Submit regular market visit reports, sales updates, and customer feedback to management.
- Explore opportunities to expand the company’s customer base in Jaipur and nearby markets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

2–3 years of experience in field sales or ground-level sales.

Experience in the hardware, construction materials, building tools, or related industry will be preferred.

Basic knowledge of the local hardware market and dealer network is desirable.

Must possess driving knowledge of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.

Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and nearby areas.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to sales.

Ability to work independently and manage market visits efficiently.
