- Fixed Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Flexible 5 or 6-day workweek)
- Uncapped Variable: 5% on New Deals + 3% on Renewals
- Total Earning Potential: ₹75,000 – ₹1,50,000+/month
