Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting Teza Finance’s services, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth. This full time, on-site role in Chennai includes conducting client meetings, understanding financial needs, and recommending suitable advisory and insurance solutions. The role involves following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong consultative sales and client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and address client financial needs.
- Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to clearly explain financial concepts and close deals effectively.
- Basic knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and investment planning; willingness to learn and stay updated.
- Goal-oriented mindset with time management, organization, and follow-up skills to manage leads and meet sales targets.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and engaging in regular face-to-face client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services sales or advisory is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
