? Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
✅ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
✅ Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
✅ Maintain customer records and update sales data.
✅ Build robust customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
✅ Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
? Requirements
✔️ Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inbound sales or telecalling.
✔️ Excellent communication and convincing skills.
✔️ Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
✔️ Basic computer knowledge; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
✔️ A positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
