ABOUT THE ROLE

Current Source of Inspiration (NSI) is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable calling prospective clients, interacting with people, explaining our products and services, conducting product demonstrations, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective clients and follow up on assigned leads.
- Communicate professionally with clients in fluent English.
- Explain our products and services and demonstrate their features and benefits.
- Conduct online meetings and face-to-face presentations with potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and negotiations confidently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent English communication and conversation skills.
- Confidence in calling and interacting with new people.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate products and explain their benefits clearly.
- Comfortable conducting phone calls, online meetings, and in-person presentations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Tele calling, Inside Sales, or Business Development preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English fluency and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
