We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, dairy, or retail distribution sales, with the ability to manage assigned sales routes, build strong retailer relationships, achieve sales targets, and develop new markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned sales routes and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Visit retailers, shopkeepers, and sales agents regularly to generate orders and strengthen business relationships.

- Ensure product availability, quality compliance, and proper handling of dairy products.

- Conduct daily cold calls and market visits to onboard new retailers and expand market coverage.

- Collect daily indents, confirm stock availability, and coordinate with the dispatch team for next-day supply.

- Monitor product returns, damages, and expiry-related issues, and take necessary corrective action.

- Address retailer and customer complaints promptly.

- Implement market development, product promotion,



and visibility activities to increase sales.

- Maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Submit daily sales reports and provide regular updates on market performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in dairy, FMCG, or retail distribution.

- Experience in route sales, retailer handling, and order booking.

- Knowledge of market development and customer acquisition activities.

- Basic understanding of sales planning, stock management, product returns, and indenting.

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel within assigned sales routes.

- Target-oriented approach with a focus on business growth.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
