Kollabix is a creator-first media company that connects brands with trusted creators to shape how people discover products and stories today. We specialise in creator and talent management, influencer marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, content strategy, and end-to-end social media campaigns on Instagram and YouTube.

For creators, we manage brand deals, negotiate fair partnerships and support content planning, so they can focus on creating. For brands, we find the right creators, design authentic campaigns, produce scroll-stopping content and measure what works.

About the role

We’re a small, fast-moving team, and we’re hiring 2 Sales Associates to bring in new clients and grow with us. You’ll own the full sales journey, from finding the right brands and creators to closing the deal and keeping clients happy.

What you’ll do

- Find brands, D2C startups and creators who need content strategy or influencer collaborations
- Reach out through LinkedIn, email and Instagram DMs, and set up discovery calls
- Pitch Kollabix’s services and close deals
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Track your leads and pipeline,



and share feedback to help us sharpen our offerings

You’ll be a great fit if you

- Understand social media and the creator economy
- Are comfortable with cold outreach and talking to new people every day
- Communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and on calls
- Are self-driven, organised and motivated by results
- Have experience in sales, agency work or influencer marketing (a bonus, not a must)

Freshers and recent graduates are welcome. No prior sales experience is required, just hunger and hustle.

What you’ll earn:

- 20% commission on every project

- monthly commission on retainer clients for their first 6 monthsPaid
- as soon as the client pays us, with no waiting for month-end

Growth path: The first 2 months are commission-based. Close 10–15 clients in that time, and you move to a fixed salary of ₹[25,000]/month plus commission.
