Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and provide product demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and inventory levels
- Handle basic after-sales queries and escalate as needed
- Stay updated on new product launches, offers, and features
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in retail sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy, confident, and customer-friendly
- Knowledge of Apple products is a plus
- Target-oriented with a strong learning attitude
