About the Role

Edimannickal Gold & Diamonds is looking for customer-focused and experienced Sales Executives to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery sales, strong customer-handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Present gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections professionally.
- Explain product designs, gold purity, diamond specifications, weight, pricing, and making charges.
- Support customers throughout the selection and purchase process.
- Prepare and process customer bills accurately in accordance with company procedures.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom sales performance.
- Maintain product displays, counter presentation, and jewellery security procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager, Billing Team, and other departments.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.





Required Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in jewellery retail sales is preferred.
- Experience selling gold and diamond jewellery will be an advantage.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Target-oriented, presentable, responsible, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with jewellery billing procedures are desirable.
- Ability to work in a retail showroom environment and follow assigned shifts.
