- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Product features, sizes, prices and offers ki proper information dena.
- Daily, weekly and monthly sales targets achieve karna.
- Customer satisfaction aur excellent shopping experience maintain karna.
- Upselling and cross-selling ke through sales increase karna.
- Product display aur showroom ki cleanliness maintain karna.
- Stock availability aur product movement par nazar rakhna.
- Billing/POS process mein support karna.
- Customer queries aur complaints ko professionally handle karna.
- Store Manager aur team ke saath coordinate karke showroom operations smoothly chalana.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers can apply, retail sales experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales target achieve karne ki ability.
- Good grooming and professional behaviour.
- Retail showroom mein shift-wise kaam karne ki willingness.
