About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Anytime Fitness. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to convert prospective members into long-term gym members while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, social media, and local marketing activities.

- Contact prospective members, understand their fitness goals, and explain membership plans and personal training options.

- Conduct gym tours and fitness consultations to convert enquiries into memberships.

- Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships and personal training packages.

- Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, and existing members to maximize conversions and referrals.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and encourage referrals.

- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.

- Participate in promotional campaigns, events,



and other business development activities.

- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and customer service.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, retail, or a service-oriented industry.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a performance-driven setting.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems.

- Passion for fitness and willingness to learn about gym services and membership offerings.
