Team Leader Sales

Purpose of the Role

Generate enquiries and convert them into LCV sales through active field selling.

Key Responsibilities

Generate enquiries through field visits, transporters, fleet owners, local businesses and referrals.

Conduct product presentations and demos; explain features, payload and cost-of-ownership benefits.

¢ Follow up leads and drive them to booking and delivery.

¢ Coordinate with the Finance Coordinator for loan processing and approvals.

¢ Enter and update all enquiries, follow-ups and bookings in the DMS.

¢ Achieve monthly sales targets; keep customers informed until delivery.

Requirements

¢ Graduate/12th pass with 13 years of field sales experience (commercial vehicle or automobile preferred; strong freshers may apply).

¢ Valid two-wheeler licence and own vehicle; good local area knowledge.

¢ Positive communication in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.

¢ Target-oriented and self-motivated; basic MS Office/DMS skills.

Purpose of the Role

Lead a team of sales executives to deliver enquiry, conversion and target goals.

Key Responsibilities

¢ Allocate territories and targets; monitor daily and monthly performance of the team.

¢ Provide field support,



joint customer visits and closing assistance on key deals.

¢ Review enquiry funnel, follow-ups and DMS hygiene regularly.

¢ Coordinate with the finance team for timely loan approvals and disbursements.

¢ Prepare and submit MIS reports (enquiries, bookings, deliveries, lost sales).

¢ Coach, train and motivate team members; support recruitment and attrition control.

Requirements

¢ Graduate with 35 years of automobile/LCV sales experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.

¢ Strong people management, negotiation and reporting skills.

¢ Working knowledge of DMS and MS Excel.

¢ Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi and English.

Purpose of the Role

Drive enquiries, conversions and monthly target achievement for the electric commercial vehicle range.

Key Responsibilities

¢ Generate EV enquiries from fleet operators, e-commerce/last-mile delivery players, businesses and individual buyers.

¢ Present EV benefits: running cost savings, subsidies/incentives, charging, range and TCO.

¢ Conduct test drives and demos; handle customer objections on range, charging and resale.

¢ Coordinate finance, charging infrastructure and documentation with the relevant teams.

¢ Update DMS daily; achieve monthly enquiry, conversion and delivery targets.

Requirements

¢ Graduate with 24 years of automobile sales experience; EV or commercial vehicle exposure preferred.

¢ Understanding of EV technology, government schemes and fleet sales cycles.

¢ Strong communication and presentation skills; own two-wheeler preferred.

¢ Target-driven with DMS and basic MS Office skills.
