1. Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Tour & Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements, coordinate bookings, communicate with customers and service providers, and ensure the smooth execution of trips. The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in travel and tourism.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for individual clients and groups.
- Manage bookings for hotels, transportation, treks, tours, and adventure activities.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain travel records, itineraries, booking details, and other documentation.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with the operations team for trip arrangements and logistics.
- Help ensure the smooth execution of trips and a positive customer experience.




- Assist with marketing and promotional activities whenever required.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
