Role Overview

Experto Lab builds sales infrastructure for coaches, consultants, and founders selling high-ticket offers. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Closer who can convert warm, pre-qualified leads into paying clients through structured sales calls, effective objection handling, and strong closing skills.

You will work with leads generated and scheduled by our setter team, allowing you to focus on sales conversations and deal closure rather than cold calling or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 2–4 pre-qualified sales calls daily across client accounts.
- Manage the complete sales conversation, including discovery, needs assessment, solution pitching, objection handling, and closing.
- Understand prospects' goals, challenges, and purchasing requirements to recommend suitable offers.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying clients and facilitate payment collection.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth client handover after closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Provide feedback to the setter team on lead quality and conversion opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maximize conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience in high-ticket sales and closing, preferably with deals worth ₹50,000 or more.
- Demonstrated ability to convert qualified leads into paying customers.




- A close rate of approximately 15–20% on qualified sales calls is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Confidence in conducting video sales calls independently without relying on a word-for-word script.
- Strong follow-up discipline, CRM management, and reporting skills.
- Availability for 2–4 sales call slots per day, including evenings when required.
- A track record of sales performance supported by verifiable numbers.

Compensation
- Base Pay: ₹50,000–₹2,00,000 per month, depending on experience and proven performance.
- Incentives: 4–10% of cash collected on closed deals, uncapped.
- Earning Potential: Top performers may earn ₹3.5 lakh–₹5 lakh or more per month, depending on results.

Note: This role is best suited to experienced closers with a proven track record in high-ticket sales. Candidates who have not independently closed high-value deals may not be a suitable fit. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
