Position Details

Role: Sales Associate (US IT Staffing)

Location: Ahmedabad and Visnagar, Gujarat

Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Experience Required: Freshers & Candidates with 0–2 Years of Experience

Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based consultants and clients.

· Explain our services clearly to potential candidates and partners.

· Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closing.

· Lead and attend client meetings via Google Meet.

· Maintain accurate records of communications and pipeline.





· Achieve monthly performance targets and KPIs.

· Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and leadership teams.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· 0 – 2 years of experience in Sales / Customer Support / US Recruitment.

· Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to research, analyze data, and identify potential opportunities.

· Self-motivated with solid organizational skills.
