Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Associate role based in Chandigarh.

The Sales

Associate will engage prospective and existing clients, conduct discovery calls, and present ROI MINDS’s integrated ecommerce growth solutions.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing proposals, coordinating with marketing and account teams to tailor service offerings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role involves managing the sales pipeline,



following up on opportunities, participating in sales meetings, and supporting contract negotiations.

The Sales

Associate will also contribute to sales reporting, market research, and continuous improvement of sales processes to help drive agency revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing and communication skills, including active listening, presentation, and professional email and phone communication.
- Sales and business development capabilities such as lead qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, including performance marketing, ecommerce, and growth-focused strategies (prior agency or SaaS experience is a plus).
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales reporting; ability to maintain organized and accurate documentation.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Chandigarh.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B or service-based sales is preferred; familiarity with ecommerce brands and DTC business models is advantageous.
