Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee franchisee acquisition and development, ensuring compliance with H3 Preschool policies, including sales, marketing, and quality management standards.
- Drive lead development and franchise sales for H3 Pre-school, as well as sampling across the entire state of Gujarat.
- Assist franchise centers in identifying suitable premises, designing the school according to H3 standards, and supporting staff recruitment, training, school launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage and nurture franchise centers within the state, ensuring effective operations and the optimal performance of employees.
- Promote the brand image through media advertisements and identify and appoint recent business partners to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends and changes, strategizing on how to capitalize on evolving scenarios in line with sales projections and budgetary targets.
- Report directly to the Zonal Manager (Head Office – Ahmedabad).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
