WE ARE HIRING: Head – Sales & Marketing (Solar EPC)

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales & Marketing Head to build, scale, and lead our Solar EPC business across key regional markets.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue & Deals: Drive C&I;, industrial rooftop, and MW-scale solar project sales (100KW+ to multi-MW).
- Market Entry: Build 1-year and 3-year growth plans, map industrial clusters, and engage CXOs, promoters, and plant heads.
- Team & Network: Recruit and manage the regional sales team; onboard channel partners, consultants, and contractors.

? Key Requirements:

- Experience: 10–15+ years in B2B sales (Solar EPC / Renewable Energy preferred).
- Track Record: Proven ability to build current markets from scratch and close large-value B2B projects.




- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Locations: Maharashtra (Mumbai / Pune / Nagpur) | Chhattisgarh (Raipur) | Rajasthan
- Work Mode: Onsite (Requires extensive local travel)
