Responsible for providing technical and sales support for automatic and semi-automatic packaging machinery, including Filling Machines, Capping Machines, and Labelling Machines used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, beverage, and chemical industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Filling Machines: Understanding and recommending suitable liquid, paste, and powder filling machines based on product characteristics, filling volume, accuracy, and production capacity.

- Capping Machines: Providing technical information and solutions for automatic and semi-automatic capping machines, including screw capping, ROPP capping, and press-on capping systems.

- Labelling Machines: Handling technical inquiries related to sticker labelling, BOPP labelling, wrap-around labelling, and front-and-back labelling machines.

- Technical Consultation: Understanding customer requirements, including bottle dimensions, cap types, label sizes, product viscosity, and production speed.

- Sales & Marketing: Promoting packaging machinery, generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and following up on inquiries.





- Quotation Preparation: Preparing technical specifications, commercial quotations, and machinery proposals according to customer requirements.

- Customer Coordination: Coordinating with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure suitable machinery selection and customer satisfaction.

- Product Knowledge: Maintaining knowledge of PLC, HMI, servo motors, pneumatic systems, sensors, conveyors, and other automation components used in packaging machinery.
