Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting sales growth for risk and insurance solutions. Daily activities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, presenting service offerings, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The specialist will also support marketing initiatives such as campaign execution, promotional events,



and market research to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The role requires maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to training or knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage pipelines.
- Ability to deliver Training and support knowledge transfer related to products, services, and sales processes.
- Background in marketing or business development, with familiarity in campaign execution and market analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, MS Office, and data reporting for sales and marketing activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Experience in insurance, risk management, or professional services is preferred but not mandatory.
