About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our business, generate new leads, develop client relationships, and increase sales in the fashion and apparel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and an understanding of B2B sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients, including fashion brands, boutiques, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Promote our apparel and garment manufacturing services through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Maintain client databases, sales reports, and lead pipelines.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the fashion, apparel, garment manufacturing, or textile industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
