Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads for Proschools courses.
- Understand students interests and share basic information about courses to encourage enquiries.
- Follow up with interested students and arrange walk-in visits to the training centre for counselling.
- Achieve daily targets for calls, connected calls, and talk time.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records in the companys CRM.
- Assist the team in marketing activities to generate student enquiries and promote IMS Proschool courses.
Work Requirements
- Work from Office Profile.
- Saturday and Sunday mandatory working. One Week off on a week day. Holidays and Leaves as per company policy.
- Six Days a week - 8.5 hours work shift (DAY SHIFT).
