Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Indore, responsible for driving business growth for R Cube Events. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, and presenting event solutions tailored to their requirements. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research to understand trends and competitors, and supporting digital and offline promotional activities.

The executive will maintain client relationships,



prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed events. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and marketing effectiveness is also expected.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Sales and client acquisition, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong Marketing and Market Planning capabilities to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple leads and projects, and meet revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with social media and promotional platforms.
