Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Pune District. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, and promoting KBR Manufacturing’s products and solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting market planning activities, preparing proposals and quotations, and meeting sales targets.



The executive will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with production capabilities, participate in customer visits and industry events, and provide regular sales and market reports to management.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research, including analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial products sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Pune District, manage travel as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational skills, basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, and a results-oriented mindset.
