JOB BRIEF:

KSC International is looking for an experienced, proactive and well-organised Sales & Marketing Assistant to support daily sales operations, customer coordination, marketing activities and business development.

The selected candidate will work directly under the guidance of the Marketing Head, ensuring effective customer communication, timely follow-ups, accurate reporting and smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sales Coordination: Assist the Marketing Head in managing daily sales activities, customer inquiries, quotations and order processing.
- Customer Follow-ups: Regularly communicate with existing and potential customers regarding orders, requirements, dispatches and business inquiries.
- Lead Management: Maintain customer databases, track potential leads and coordinate follow-ups to support recent business development.
- Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, promotional schemes, product presentations and distributor engagement activities.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, customer follow-up reports and marketing activity updates.
- Order Coordination: Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts departments to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.




- Market Research: Collect competitor information, market feedback, customer requirements and product pricing insights.

EDUCATION:

Qualification Requirement

Minimum Education

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Education:

BBA, B.Com, MBA (Marketing) or equivalent

Computer Knowledge

MS Excel, MS Word, Email and basic reporting tools

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Coordination or Customer Relationship Management.

Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, kitchenware, consumer products or distributor-based businesses will be preferred.

Freshers are not eligible for this position.

BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic professional English preferred.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication and reporting.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working under the Marketing Head.
- Willingness to coordinate field visits and marketing activities when required.
