AJFAN International Retails LLP is a growing premium retail brand specializing in dates, dry fruits, nuts, gifting, and premium food products. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused young professionals to join our Outlet Operations across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Billing Associate, you will be part of the front-line retail team and gain practical exposure to premium customer service, sales, billing, inventory, store operations, and business development.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and young professionals who want to build a career in Retail Management, Sales, Customer Experience, and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle POS billing, cash, card and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Maintain premium standards of store presentation, hygiene, grooming, and customer service.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.




- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales, billing, and store-related records.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
