About the Role

R & CC Services, a recruitment firm, is hiring a fresher Sales Executive for a reputed jewellery showroom in Nagpur. This is a good opportunity for freshers who enjoy meeting people and want to build a career in jewellery retail, with full product training provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements and budget
- Show and explain jewellery designs, including gold, diamond, and silver collections
- Explain purity, hallmarking, making charges, and current gold rates to customers
- Guide customers through billing, exchange, and scheme enrolment
- Handle and display jewellery safely, and maintain stock accuracy at the counter
- Build relationships with customers and follow up for future purchases and occasions
- Keep the counter and display neat and attractive




- Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements

- 12th pass or graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is a plus
- Pleasant personality and positive customer-handling skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and careful with valuable items
- Willing to work in retail shift timings, including weekends and festive seasons
- Freshers are welcome; retail sales experience is a plus
