The key is to check whether the person can understand the client's business problem gather requirements propose the right automation solution explain it to the client and then lead/perform the development.

- directly interacting with clients to gather UiPath automation requirements.
- independently understand a business process and propose a UiPath automation solution.
- preparing solution/design documents such as PDD or SDD.
- strong expertise in UiPath development Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues and API integration
- handling client discussions, requirement changes and clarifications independently.
- explaining and understanding a UiPath solution you designed and developed end-to-end.
- comfortable leading client calls and explaining technical solutions.
