Job Summary

We are looking for an RF R&D; Engineer to join our Research & Development team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, simulation, testing and improvement of RF and microwave products/components.

The role will involve working on RF circuits, antennas, microwave components and prototypes from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop RF, microwave and antenna products/components.

· Perform RF calculations, analysis and design optimization.

· Develop and test prototypes and support product development activities.

· Perform RF measurements using VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter and other RF test equipment.

· Analyse parameters such as S-parameters, VSWR, return loss, insertion loss, gain, bandwidth and isolation.

· Conduct testing and troubleshooting of RF prototypes and identify design issues.

· Compare simulation results with practical test results and improve the design accordingly.

· Support RF PCB design, component selection and layout review.

· Prepare test plans, technical reports, design documents and product specifications.

· Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase and other engineering teams for product development.

· Support new product development, existing product improvement and cost optimization.

· Participate in design reviews and provide technical inputs for product improvement.





· Maintain proper documentation of R&D; activities, test results and design changes.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of RF & Microwave Engineering fundamentals.

· Knowledge of RF components such as filters, attenuators, couplers, splitters, amplifiers, antennas, connectors and waveguide components.

· Hands-on experience with RF laboratory equipment.

· Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Valuable communication and technical documentation skills.

Educational Qualification

· B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering, RF & Microwave Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.

Experience

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in RF/Microwave R&D;, RF Design, Antenna Design or Product Development.

· Freshers with strong technical knowledge and relevant academic/project experience may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

Pay: ₹415,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
