- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.

- Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets.

- Maintain accurate customer information and follow up on leads.

- Ensure proper product demonstrations and a positive in-store experience.

- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising guidelines.

- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.

- Adhere to company policies, processes, and attendance requirements. .
