Role Description The Retail Sales Consultant / Showroom Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the Kondotti showroom. In this position, the team member will welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized product recommendations across living, dining, bedroom, and commercial furniture ranges. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, explaining features, materials, and pricing, preparing quotes, and supporting order processing and follow-up.

The consultant will maintain visual merchandising standards,



ensure the showroom is clean and well-presented, and assist with stock checks and coordination with operations teams. Daily responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries, resolving basic service issues, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive, professional showroom experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills, with the ability to convert showroom enquiries into successful sales.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring visitors feel guided, supported, and valued.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, clear communication, and polite, solution-oriented interaction.
- Prior experience in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kondotti, including weekends and retail peak hours as required.
- Comfort with basic computer usage, quotation systems, and maintaining sales records.
- Strong interpersonal skills, qualified presentation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a showroom team environment.
- Minimum higher secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
