Role Description The Retail Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, responsible for driving growth in retail fit-out projects. This role involves identifying and pursuing new retail business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing proposals tailored to client needs. The position includes conducting market research, tracking industry trends, and collaborating with design and project teams to align solutions with client expectations.

Daily responsibilities also include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, preparing business development reports,



and representing PID Projects in client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities, interpret data, and support informed business decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with clients, present proposals, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Business Planning and New Business Development skills to create growth strategies and expand the retail client base.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales experience to manage the sales cycle, close deals, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in retail fit-outs, interior projects, or commercial real estate is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in office in Dwarka are required.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting and documentation is preferred.
