Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at one of the Landmark Group of Hotels properties in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing reservations, coordinating food and beverage service, and ensuring the dining area is clean, protected, and well-presented.

The Restaurant

Manager will monitor guest feedback, resolve service issues, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the kitchen team, managing inventory, supporting menu promotions, tracking sales and costs, and maintaining compliance with health, safety,



and hygiene standards. The role also includes training and guiding team members, supporting hiring decisions, and maintaining clear communication with hotel management.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to guest needs.
- Experience in Hiring and team supervision, including training, scheduling, and performance guidance.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge, service standards, and basic inventory management.
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within hotels or restaurants.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices in restaurant operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is preferred.
