We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance, and team development.
- Maintain service standards and ensure proper service sequences are followed.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.




- Monitor food and beverage quality and maintain consistency in service.
- Manage vendors, inventory, stock levels, and operational costs.
- Monitor restaurant expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and accountability.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor restaurant performance.

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of restaurant management experience (mandatory).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, vendor management, and inventory control.

Thorough knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
