We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Cashier to manage daily billing, cash transactions, customer payments, and restaurant sales records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily billing through restaurant POS software.
- Manage cash, UPI, card, and other digital payment transactions.
- Process dine-in, takeaway, Aggregators orders accurately.
- Maintain daily sales reports and closing cash reconciliation.
- Ensure cash collections match POS sales and payment records.
- Handle customer billing queries, discounts, refunds, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing.
- Maintain proper records of daily expenses and petty cash.
- Report billing discrepancies and cash shortages to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of cashier experience in restaurants, QSRs, or F&B; outlets.
- Experience using restaurant POS/billing software.
- Familiarity with Aggregators order management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and daily sales reporting.
- Good communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
- Honest, responsible, and comfortable working in restaurant shifts.
